Why real macho men are proud to wear pink
THE Daily Mail wrote: What is it about men and pink clothes? As soon as a man reveals a liking for them, the rumours start to fly that he’s a bit too keen on musical theatre, if you know what I mean. The new Oxford English Dictionary even defines pink to mean ‘of or associated with homosexuals’, as in ‘the pink pound’. Schultz reply “We love and adore pink and so do our customers men and women alike love wearing quirky and exclusive PINK designer underwear - it’s original and sexy as well as fun and flirty so what more could any one want man or woman.”
In the pink: Brad Pitt wears a blush coloured suit at the Cannes Film Festival and David Beckham teams his masculine biker jacket with a pink scarf to soften the look.
The latest victim of this colour prejudice is Peter Spencer, Sky’s political correspondent - the one with the mane of white hair, given to expansive hand gestures - who often appears on telly at the weekends. He likes to wear a cloak over pink shirts and ties, and even has a pink BMW, and two pink houses, in north London and Cornwall. Yet Spencer is very much a ladies’ man.
The camp connotations come from the fact that for much of the 20th century pink has been considered a girl’s colour, as favoured by Barbie. But if you look back a bit further, it was considered strong and manly, while blue (associated with the Virgin Mary) was seen as delicate and feminine.
To this day, the strapping male rowing teams at Westminster School wear a fondant-fancy coloured kit; legend has it that they had to beat their arch-rivals Eton in a race in 1837 for the privilege of wearing the fashionable colour.
The link between pink and ebullient masculinity has, in some quarters, persisted. When I was a banker in the mid-Nineties at merchant bank Flemings, I was told on my training course not to wear a pink shirt for fear of looking too flash.
In other words, the opposite of the pretty-in-pink, girly-man cliche held true: a little splash of pink was thought far too red-blooded and testosterone-rich.
(I wonder what they’re wearing in the City these days - something in an eye-catching shade of sackcloth and ashes perhaps?) The same robustly macho associations go for pink handkerchiefs and socks; and I mean screaming bubblegum pink, rather than the dark red, discreet version. Lurid pink accessories imply a certain type of devil-may-care dandiness - and that’s Rex Harrison/Prince Philip/Errol Flynn dandiness, by the way, not the John Inman/Noel Coward variety. Full-throttle pink outfits, however, are best left to Hollywood pretty boys such as Brad Pitt.
Schultz love pink all you have to do is read any of the pther articles I have written to know that so regardless of who ou are PINK is a great colour and wear it with pride and enjoy.

Schultz New designer jeans are sexy, stylish, and the latest hot fashion.
If you are sick and tired of the same old look, you’ll love these cool jeans and the matching undies that go along with them.
These are not just any ordinary jeans, you’ll make a statement by wearing Schultz, and here’s why:
Schultz Jeans Is Revolutionizing The Clothing Industry One Strap At A Time
Jeans have been popular with people worldwide for hundreds of years. Many different styles, cuts and colors have come and gone. Designers have continued to create bolder, more daring designs. But there has never been anything quite like Schultz jeans and their innovative Schultz strap!
An Exciting New Wear To Wear Jeans
Schultz Jeans has created an exciting range of designer jeans with styles such as GreatWhite, Rockview, Blouberg, Redhill, Crossroads and Cobra. What makes these jeans different from all others is the revolutionary Schultz strap. This item is used in place of a traditional belt; it allows the wearer to comfortably wear their jeans as low as they dare with hands-free convenience.
Thanks to two buttons on the waistband of each pair of Schultz jeans, the Schultz strap holds the jeans firmly in place. This allows individuals to wear their jeans open at the fly without every worrying they’ll end up around their ankles (unless they want to…) The company sells men’s designer jeans online, and they will be branching out to include a great selection of ladies jeans very soon.
And, accompanying provocative Underwear For Men & Women

Thanks to plunging low-rise jeans, many women have been flaunting their designer thongs to the unsuspecting public. As tantalizing as this may be, the trend is becoming a little passé. Fortunately, Schultz Jeans offers a great selection of sexy briefs, y-fronts and boxers in an exciting array of colors.
Each pair sports contrasting accents and waistband. The best part of this unique underwear is the provocative slogans adorning the waistband. Men and women can choose from saucy sayings such as “I Want Out”, “Heatseeker”, “Hands Free” and “Coming Soon”. This is definitely not your grandma’s undies! Pair this bold underwear with jeans held up by a Schultz strap and you’re sure to get noticed…

Men are becoming more open-minded with regards to colours’

More men are buying colourful underwear especially pink

|
Blokes are embracing all the colours in the rainbow, with one retailer seeing an increase in the number of guys buying colourful underwear.
Richard Schultz, director of Schultz, said that these days gents are happy to buy briefs in a whole host of different colours, from pink and blue to red and yellow.
He believes this new trend is a direct result of today’s modern man being more receptive to fresh ideas and styles.
“More men are buying colourful underwear especially pink, red, blue and yellow. White and black still remain good sellers but colourful underwear is showing a massive increase in sales,” Mr Schultz said.
He added that women are also picking out colourful boxers and undies for their boyfriends as many females can’t get enough of bright briefs.
Meanwhile, Ryan Willms, writing on Hyrcollective.com, recently claimed gents looking for a nice jacket to add to their wardrobe should take a look at the Margaret Howell cotton sport coat.
Men are taking more pride in their appearance than ever before, with fashion at the forefront of this new mentality, a fashion industry figure has claimed.
Richard Schultz, director of Schultz, states that today’s modern gents are no longer scared to express their individuality, and one way they are doing this is through the clothes they wear.
He adds that men’s shopping habits have also changed, with many taking more time to select items which will compliment them and what they want to say about themselves.
“What men wear to work may not be what they wear to the gym or out on the weekend. And they are feeling more freedom to express their individuality,” Mr Schultz says.
In other fashion news, The Fader blog recently claimed that blokes looking for some stylish footwear for the summer should check out You Must Create’s range of shoes, which the website describes as being “dapper”.

Schultz offer colours from perfect pink to passionate purple and completing the look on all the underwear for men and of course our women’s underwear range is the fun and witty strapline.
When Schultz launched their underwear range 2 years ago they realised that men wanted more from their underwear and the colour palette was born giving the customer a wide range of colours to chose from. Richard Schultz added “We are hopeful that our jeans, underwear and t-shirt ranges will soon be hitting America with the Schultzjeans American website in the pipeline we are hoping for a positive response. Topped with out witty and flirty straplines it completes the look with a flash of colour and always a statement. Schultz underwear feature red, white, blue, pink waistbands to name but a few colours.
“Men are embracing their fashion sense more today than at any other time before and they are shopping with care and investing in quality products that they know will compliment them” Richard said. “What men wear to work may not be what they wear to the gym or out on the weekend. And they are feeling more freedom to express their individuality, hence the liberation of colour and the embracing of underwear with colour.” Long may it continue!

In the papers and on online news sites you would have seen - if you have been looking a young American soldier on the front line in his underwear - pink underwear! The photograph is of 19-year-old US Army specialist Zachary Boyd fighting off a Taliban ambush in Afghanistan. The photograph shows him in his regulation issue pink boxer shorts, bearing the legend “I *heart* NY”. We love pink boxer shorts at Schultzjeans!
His dad Tommy Boyd said :
“I knew he was a boxer guy, I knew that for sure. I did not know they were pink, and I didn’t know they said, ‘I love New York.’”
Says the motto on Old Mr Anorak’s sabre:
“You can always trust a man who tucks his vest into his Y-fronts.”

We love Pink her style or attitude and her out spoken ways not only that Pink as in the colour we love too. So when we read recently that she had announced that she was bisexual it came as no surprise. Contactmusic.com wrote that she had said that she was bisexual. After recently appearing in the largest Karaoke event in London recently she showed she knew how to enjoy herself once again.
The ‘So What’ singer has long been dogged by rumours that she is sexually attracted to both men and women, but had refused to comment on the stories throughout her career. The star, whose real name is Alecia Moore, married motocross champion Carey Hart in 2006, but split later in 2008, only to reconcile with Carey earlier in 2009.

Happier times
She has now revealed that she was annoyed when people quizzed her about the new men in her life during her separation from Hart because she could have been dating a woman, and Pink insists she has nothing to be ashamed of and is adamant her bisexuality is not a ‘trend’.
‘I’m not embarrassed about being bisexual. This is who I am. Love is pure and I try to keep it that way. This is who I am, what I feel. I think it’s unnecessary to draw the subject out, but I think it’s even more stupid not to discuss it. It seems as if bisexuality is a trend and I should whip up the masses. Well, I don’t believe in trends, I just believe in me,’ she said.
Pink is a strong independent women with attitude and like her name Schultz have fantastic pink underwear which we will send a pair or two to Pink as we just love her.

Here at Schultz we love pink after all it’s a great colour bold and feminine at the same time
Apparently according to The Sunday Times Style Magazine sales of coloured underwear is up by more than 60% and men especially are choosing Pink underwear. As we have written before pink is the colour for Spring and Summer 2009 and can be found online and on the high street from socks to hats, dresses to underwear. Women wearing pink underwear is nothing new but now more and more men are opting for a colour that is fun and uplifting rather than just plain white. However, we must not forget good old white which gets a bashing when a new colour emerges as more fashionable, white is s staple of any ones underwear draw and a hot man in hot white boxers toned and ripped is a sight to be hold.

Hands Free perfect pink boxers
At Schultz sales of pink underwear is growing and growing and going from strength to strength and after all it can cheer you up, in today’s economic climate we have to do anything to cheer ourselves up and if it means “Splurging” on underwear that makes us feel happy you just have to do it.
Other colours that have seen a hike in sales are racy red, yellow and cyan blue all selling like hot cakes. It is claimed in the press that staying in is the new going out and sales of underwear and sex toys have increased! If these claims are true then I yet again predict a baby boom in 9 months as well as people walking round with smiles on their faces and at the moment smiling is especially special.
“Men love colourful underwear after all the witty straplines just add something to our Schultz underwear” said Richard Schultz design director. He went on to say that sales of pink underwear is increasing and men love to wear pink as it perks them up”. With this information one can only suspect that there must be at least one man in your office wearing pink underwear, just look for the smile and that cheeky little twinkle!
