We would like to assure you that if you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase your can return it and we will pick up the cost. For full details of our returns policy please see below.

 

UK Express Delivery

Next working day on orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). Your goods will be dispatched the day you place your order and should arrive at your delivery address the next working day. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises.

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and will require a signature on receipt. In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up to 2 working days from delivery before contacting us, we will then carry out an investigation through Royal Mail and keep you informed of developments.

 

UK Standard Delivery


Your goods will be dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Please allow up to 2-3 days for delivery. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. Items sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will require a signature on receipt. In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up to 5 working days from delivery before contacting us, we will then carry out an investigation through Royal Mail and keep you informed of developments.

Where items are not sent recorded delivery and your parcel goes missing use the following procedure.

- Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting us.
- We will issue a lost-in-transit form that will be posted to you.
- Complete & return the form, to enable us to process a replacement and pursue a claim with Royal Mail.

 

European Delivery


Your goods will be dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. If your delivery address is in Europe, our system will automatically select this service for you and add this cost to the order. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. This is not a signature service, therefore if your parcel goes missing use the following procedure:

- Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before contacting us.
- We will issue a lost-in-transit form that will be posted to you.
- Complete & return the form, to enable us to process a replacement and pursue a claim with Royal Mail.

At its discretion Schultz Jeans may dispatch items via International Recorded Delivery.

 

Delivery to the rest of the world


Your goods will be dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Please allow up to 5-7 days for delivery. If your delivery address is anywhere outside of the UK or Europe our system will automatically select this service for you and add this cost to the order. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. This is not a signature service, therefore if your parcel goes missing use the following procedure:

- Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before contacting us.
- We will issue a lost-in-transit form that will be posted to you.
- Complete & return the form, to enable us to process a replacement and pursue a claim with Royal Mail.

At its discretion Schultz Jeans may dispatch items via International Recorded Delivery.

Currently we do not operate an express delivery service outside of the UK and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

Returns policy

At Schultz Jeans we work really hard to make sure that everything about your experience with us is of the highest standard and we are disappointed if something goes wrong. We accept that sometimes human errors occur and we want to put matters right as quickly as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase in any way we ask you to return the product to us at our cost and we will dispatch a replacement product or refund the cost of the product(s).

In all cases where you have a problem with the order please return the goods, within 28 days, to the address on the dispatch note completing the printed questions as to the nature of the problem and what you would like us to do. The goods should be in their original packaging in a resaleable condition. If they are damaged due to use of excessive force, perfume, deodorant stains or general wear we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an appropriate amount. If you have discarded or lost your original dispatch note then print out your email order confirmation as we will need your original order number to be able to process any replacement goods or refund.

 

Customs & Duty

Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

 

Payment information

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Electron and Switch. Currently we do not accept Diners Card. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order.

 

Security

You can tell that the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from being http:// to https:// .
